Consultant is president of a well known
restaurant and bar consulting firm.
He has served in the restaurant
industry for over 20 years in many capacities and in a
variety of organizations. He is an accomplished speaker,
seminar presenter and workshop administer.
He was a partner with the founder
of Lonestar Steakhouse & Saloon and president of
restaurant companies. He oversaw the growth and daily
management of two southeast regional chains and a
franchisee, also served as the Chief Operating Officer of
other companies and oversaw the growth of one of them
from six units to 40 units with responsibility for the
daily operations of the company through the oversight and
development of six District Managers, the Director of
Training, the Director of Human Resources and the
Director of Marketing. Before that he was a franchisee of
Chammps Americana in Charlotte, NC and spent six years
with TGI Fridays serving in various management capacities
in the Northeast.
He is an Economics and Business
Honors Program graduate of North Carolina State
University with a B.A. degree in Business Management.
Also, he is an avid runner, having completed 20
marathons.
