Qualifications
Over 20 years of management and manufacturing experience plus additional 10 years in the consulting arena. Managed and assisted in numerous projects and implementations including Project Management, Systems Implementations, Education, Manufacturing, and Business Consulting.

Prior to founding CSL, he was a Senior Account Manager at Effective Management Systems where he assisted many clients in systems implementations, education, and manufacturing consulting. Additionally he wrote modification and data conversion specifications for his clients, and worked with programmers to test and implement these changes.

Worked with Boston Whaler, Corning Glass, Spartanburg Steel, Fort, Inc., MTD Tech, Nokia Wire & Cable, and Imperial Schrade to name a few. Working with such a diverse mixture of manufacturing environments, he has developed a unique perspective to approaching and resolving issues.

Starting in Quality Control over 25 years ago, he has been involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Some of the key positions and accomplishments are:

Quality Control Product Engineer responsible for the establishment of quality procedures and manufacturing processes at a manufacturer of power supplies for the Department of Defense.
Plant Supervisor responsible for the operations of a manufacturer of Medical Electronics Equipment.
Senior Buyer at a manufacturer of Oceanographic Probes he was responsible for procurement to support revenues in excess of $50 Million annually. He negotiated both domestic and international agreements, and consistently performed at 5% better than bid.
Production Control Supervisor who directed all material planning and production scheduling functions. Also, in this position he implemented programs such as requisition tracking and policy and procedures pertaining to cycle count and scrap material.
Senior Materials Manager at a startup manufacturer of Medical Diagnostic Equipment where he successfully started a material, planning, and warehousing function from ground zero. His organization supported both electronics and high volume biomedical manufacturing environments. They documented over $1 million annually in cost savings. In three years they were supporting shipments of over $20 million.

Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Economics from Stonehill College, and is Certified by both NAPM, and APICS.
