Qualifications
Over 26 years of law enforcement experience including eight years as Deputy Police Chief and just under six months as Interim Chief. Worked as an assessor and team leader for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies evaluating police departments throughout the United States and Canada.

Provided consultation in the areas of: use of force, negligent hiring, negligent retention, negligent supervision, and arrest procedures.
