Qualifications

Registered Professional Engineer with substantial experience testifying as an expert in many court jurisdictions including US District Courts, Circuit Courts, and Superior Courts of Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the Supreme Court for the State of New York County of Westchester and Province of Quebec Canada.

Experience includes service as President and Chief Scientist of a company engaged in the development of electronic exhaust emission controls for internal combustion engines; Director of R&D for medical facility; Chief Engineer and manager of R&D for exhaust emission control and engine performance development; Engineering Manager for new product development groups in fuel injection and heating, ventilating and air conditioning products; Vice President of Engineering for automotive cooling system development and vehicle testing; Chief Engineer responsible for supervision of research activities, design and testing of fuel injection systems, electronic engine controls and electronic instrumentation.

Authored approximately a dozen technical papers in scientific and technical journals and has been awarded fifteen U.S. Patents plus additional foreign patents.
